ROONAGH HISTORIC PIER RENOVATION
Project Description:
The project comprised of the renovation of a historic pier. Works included a new 27m berthing beam, restrained by in-situ rock anchors, a new face to the pier wall, a new 1200m2 pier deck, an extension to the existing slipway, upgrading of steps and handrails together with ancillary services.
LCE undertook the lead civil and structural design role, including all marine element design and specification.
