TESCO STORES RENOVATION
Project Description:
In 2022 Tesco Ireland Ltd completed the purchase of seven regional Joyces Stores supermarkets. Post-purchase renovation and rebranding works were carried out by Precision Construction Ltd. The upgrades included structure repair and upgrades, new access and storage infrastructure, energy and M&E upgrades. LCE was appointed by Precision Construction Ltd on behalf of Tesco Ireland to assess existing structures and design structural upgrades across five stores.
Scope Description:
Investigation, survey and structural condition inspections
Design of steel and concrete structures
Design of access structures
Drainage and water services design, incl. SuDs
