Project Description:
Mayo County Council are developing a 50-unit social housing residential development on a serviced greenfield site with ancillary services in Westport, Co. Mayo. LCE is appointed as the lead civil and structural designer. The development is located on a challenging, urban site with peat depths in excess of 6m.

Foundation design and options assessment - piled vs. excavate and replace

Procurement under the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF)
